Background Checks

All volunteers and staff members who work directly with children are required to undergo a comprehensive criminal background check.

Supervision

We maintain a "two-adult rule" where possible, ensuring that no adult is alone with a child in a private setting.

Reporting

Any suspected abuse or misconduct must be reported immediately to the program director and appropriate local authorities.
